You Run Things. So Why Does The Mirror Still Win?

You're the guy people call when it matters.

You run the meeting.
You close the deal.
You fix what's broken.

And you're confident.

Right up until the shirt comes off at the pool.

You train five or six days a week.
You eat "pretty clean."
You've lifted since you were a kid.

And the belt is on the same notch it's been on for years.

Skeptical that 90 minutes on Zoom can change that?

You should be.

You've already paid for every fix out there.

So let me show you why none of them stuck.

The Monday Restart Loop

You've probably run this loop more than once:

  1. You hire a trainer.
  2. You add the classes.
  3. You cut the carbs and the wine.
  4. A client dinner trip wipes out the week.
  5. The scale doesn't move.
  6. You try the shots.
  7. You get smaller. Not leaner. And the hunger comes back.
  8. You start over Monday.

Same belt notch. Every time.

The #1 Mistake: Borrowed Numbers

There are two kinds of guys in the gym.

The Grinders

Fix a stuck body with more hours. Another day. Another class. Another round of cardio.

The Number Guys

Fix the part the hours can't touch. The food. That's about 80% of the result.

Here's what nobody told you.

Every fix you paid for ran you on borrowed numbers.

Average numbers. Built for some other man.

Never your own.

I hear it on every call I take. Two men, same weight:

"This guy can eat 4,000 calories a day to lose weight and this guy has to eat like 1,800 calories a day to lose weight."

Same weight. Different numbers.

So it was never your discipline.

Your trainer gets paid by the hour, so there's no finish line.

The classes sell you the number on the screen.

The shots cut your appetite, and your muscle goes with it. Then the hunger comes back:

"Anybody can slash calories for a period of time, but eventually you hit that point where you do the U turn."

You don't have a discipline problem. You have a numbers problem.

So We Do It Differently

  • No cardio.
  • No meal prep.
  • No chicken, rice and broccoli for 12 weeks.
  • No six-day split.
  • No giving up wine, steak or pasta.
  • No trainer forever.

Instead, we use Metabolic Leverage.

First we find your real numbers.

Then we pull only the two or three levers that move your body.

Four dumbbell workouts and normal dinners do the rest.

Why I Built This

Years ago I worked at a private health club.

Not as a trainer. I was on the management side, putting the weights away.

So I watched the most consistent members in the building.

They trained with trainers. Week after week. For a year.

Everybody looked the same. And no one was really cut.

They weren't lazy. They were the hardest workers in the room.

They were missing their numbers.

Then I had my first child.

I trained four days a week. I ate high protein. I stopped micromanaging my food.

And I saw a four-pack for the first time in my life.

That's the exact process I now run with executives who live on airplanes.

Since then I've taken it on stage. Morgan Stanley had me teach it to 160 finance executives. Nashville's News 2 had me on to talk executive fitness.

They Sell You More Hours. I Read Your Numbers.

The old plan

  • Thousands on a trainer who runs your workouts and never sees your plate.
  • 500+ hours of classes for a number on a screen and the same belt notch.
  • A weekly shot that shrank your appetite and your muscle, then stopped working.

The new plan

  • Workshop night: build your Executive Metabolic Blueprint, live with me.
  • Monday: four dumbbell workouts, under 45 minutes, hotel gym or home.
  • Every week: one weigh-in trend, one small change. Steak night stays.

Meet Steve. 56. Managing Director. On The Road Half The Month.

Steve has lifted since he was 15.

He was training six days a week, plus cardio.

We read his numbers.

We cut him to four days. No cardio.

His love handles were gone by week 8.

He was down 17 lbs by week 12.

His kids think he's in his forties.

What You'll Build On Tuesday Night

Your Executive Metabolic Blueprint. Three parts:

1. Your Real Numbers. The ones every trainer skipped. Built from what you actually eat.
2. Your Three Levers. The few changes that move your body most. Nothing else.
3. Your Four Days. Dumbbells. Under 45 minutes. Any hotel gym.

On the call, you'll see:

  • The one number no trainer ever asked you for
  • Why the shots made you smaller, not leaner, and what keeps the fat off after
  • What to order at the steakhouse so the scale still moves
  • How to keep wine in while you cut
  • The four-day plan for a hotel gym with nothing but dumbbells
  • The weekly check that catches a stall before it costs you a month

Bring a few days of what you eat now. No changes.

That's where your numbers come from.

Here's My Promise

You leave Tuesday night with your Blueprint built.

Not a PDF you'll never open. Your numbers. Your levers. Your four days.

Leave with your Executive Metabolic Blueprint, or you don't pay.

Show up and do the 90 minutes. If you leave without your Blueprint, email me within 7 days of the session. You get your $47 back.

This Is For You If:

  • You're 40+ and you already train hard
  • You travel, eat out and drink wine, and you're keeping all three
  • You want to look like you run things, not stuck at average

It's Not For You If:

  • You're new to the gym and want motivation
  • You want to look like a bodybuilder

Questions

Do I have to quit wine?

No. Steak and pasta stay too. We build around them.

Do I need a gym?

A pair of dumbbells is enough. Any hotel gym works.

I'm on the shots right now. Is this still for me?

Yes. This is about your real numbers and keeping your muscle. Keep your doctor in the loop on any medication.

I can't make it live.

Register anyway. The recording is included.

I'm already fairly lean.

Then you're closer than most. Your Blueprint shows you what moves the last of it.

What does it cost?

$47. One payment. No subscription.

30 Days From Now, One Of Two Things Will Be True.

You ran the Monday Restart Loop again.

Same trainer. Same classes. Same notch.

Or you're four weeks into your own Blueprint.

You know your numbers. You know your levers. You train four days and you still order the steak.

Stop borrowing another man's numbers. Get your own.
